Delivery Cost And Delivery Time

We send our orders out with either Royal Mail or UPS. We currently charge a flat rate of £5.95 for all orders under £50 and local pick up for anyone in the following post code areas:-


We don’t offer free delivery as we instead offer 10% off of RRP on all our prices. By the time you spend more than £50 you will have saved the cost of postage compared to other retailers. Our orders are packed and sent on the day that payment clears and should be with you in 1-3 days.

We will soon be adding a system where you can select the delivery service you wish at checkout if next day service, tracking and signing for parcels is required by any of our customers. We will update this page once the system is online but please be aware that this may incur a slightly higher charge for postage and packing for some of these delivery options.

Prohibited Items

There are certain items that cannot be sent by Royal Mail. In our case that is aerosol sprays, enamel based paints and glue. Currently acrylic paints are not a prohibited item but that may change. When we receive an order for an item that is prohibited by the Royal Mail we will send them by UPS parcel service instead.

Items Lost In The Post

If items are lost or damaged on their way to you, we must await confirmation from the courier or postal service used that the parcel was lost or damaged before we can resend items. Placing a claim to have the value of the item refunded can take between 15 and 30 days. We require written confirmation from you before any claim can be processed. The best way of doing this is to send us an email outlining your order number along with your name and the delivery address.  In some cases we nay not be able to despatch a replacement until this claim is complete. It would help matters greatly if you provided pictures of any item that is received by you in a damaged condition.
